On-Running is expanding its Tech Center in the heart of Berlin and we’re looking for an experienced Director of Software Engineering. You will oversee agile and cross-functional teams of Salesforce and full stack engineers, Product Owner, DevOps and QA. With experience in building high-performance software, you will contribute in building robust and scalable technology for the worlds fastest growing and most innovative sports shoe and apparel brand, active in 45 countries worldwide. In our technology hub in Kreuzberg, Berlin, we’re focused mainly on engineering and we continuously develop our platform using agile development practices. We have a multi-national and open company culture with over 35 different nationalities among our 350 employees, we operate in a booming market, have interesting projects, modern tech-stack, good parties and, last but not least, we are enthusiastic and motivated about our work and products. You’ll work in close collaboration with our teams at our Zürich HQ (Switzerland) as well as teams in Portland (USA) and Yokohama (Japan).
