The HR Strategy team works closely with the HR Senior Leadership Team (SLT) under the leadership of the Chief HR Officer (CHRO). As Vice President HR Strategy, you lead the HR Strategy team, which drives HR’s strategic planning by orchestrating a holistic strategy process and playing an active role in strategy creation, planning and process for execution. The team also acts as a HR Head Office and provides CHRO support. You drive interactions with leaders across HR, linking strategy and execution and acting as a catalyst of change. You are responsible for facilitating and driving the implementation of HR’s strategic project portfolio, ensuring that the HR strategy is understood in the organization. You work in a fast-paced, highly visible environment, which allows you to achieve tremendous impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute HR’s strategic planning process and the governance of implementation activities Collaborate with HRSLT and expert teams to drive content creation and consistent execution of the strategic plan Identify and address risks/opportunities in the execution of the HR strategy Enable effective interactions and decision-making of the HRSLT by providing relevant insights and driving efficient processes Provide a comprehensive support to the CHRO (e.g., thought partnership, meeting content preparation, agenda setting, key communication & stakeholder events) Drive cascading of strategic intent and the respective change management across HR Oversee the HR Project Portfolio defined by CHRO and HRSLT and lead the HR Project Management Office (PMO) to monitor progress, assign and manage project management resources and budget; advise escalations or interventions where necessary Build and lead the global People Analytics practice including the adidas company-wide employee experience survey as well as the global coordination of the adidas-wide results-to-action initiatives Establish Key Performance Indicators and reports in close collaboration with Controlling to ensure the organization’s performance is measured Further build and lead the strategic workforce planning process across all Functions and Markets to ensure the creation of the company’s future workforce plan identifying critical capabilities (supply and demand), impact on locations and budget Act as interface and subject matter expert for strategic company requirements, inputs and projects (e.g. Corporate Strategy, Sustainability, Investor Relations, etc.) Develop HR Strategy team members and drive performance culture Stay in the forefront of industry-leading HR and People practices; apply forward-thinking to ensure the company proactively addresses future people trends Act as a role model in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations as well as adidas’ Fair Play Code of Conduct and other internal policies.
